Perfect Peach Pie. Use all corn starch instead of flour. Do not drain the juice. Keep it. It will all thicken using 1/2 cup of corn starch. Make sure you do a lattice top crust so the juices will thicken. Use Juice of 1 lemon about 2 Tablespoons instead of 1. Used 6 cups of sliced peaches.
